• Admissions Disclaimer: MARS Educational Services acts solely as a facilitator between students and foreign universities. Final admission decisions are made entirely at the discretion of the respective educational institutions.
• Visa Issuance Disclaimer: Visa approvals, rejections, or delays are controlled exclusively by the embassies, consulates, and immigration departments of the respective foreign governments. MARS Educational Services cannot guarantee visa issuance or specific processing timelines.

5. Fee Structure and Payments

• Consultancy & Processing Fees: All consultancy and processing fees payable to MARS Educational Services must be settled as per the agreed payment schedule provided during registration.
• University Fees: University tuition fees, hostel fees, medical insurance, and local registration fees are set by the foreign universities and must be paid directly or according to university guidelines.
• Refund Policy: Consultancy service fees paid to MARS Educational Services are generally non-refundable once application processing, translation, or document submission has commenced, except as explicitly stated in individual service agreements.
